Egg Rolling

We had an eggciting morning when we did some Easter Egg Rolling as part of our celebrations of Easter. We each decorated a hard-boiled egg with some glitter glue and then we went outside to roll our eggs down the grassy slope onto our playground. It was eggcellent fun!

In our classroom, we learned that egg rolling is an Easter tradition and is meant to symbolise the rolling of the stone away from the entrance to Jesus' tomb.
We also thought that it was good fun and a happy memory to share with our friends!
