Dear Parents
Please find below useful information regarding year group Christmas Performances, Open Classrooms and Parties taking place before the end of term.
Reception
Reception's Christmas Concert will be held on Monday 12th December at 10.30 in the School Hall. It will last no longer than 30 minutes.
Could we please ask that the children wear their own clothes for the whole school day. Our Concert has a Star theme so anything bright, colourful, sparkly or star-themed would be great but please do not buy anything specific for the Concert.
Reception Parents / Carers are very welcome to join us.
Year 1
Year 1’s Christmas performance will take place on Tuesday 13th December @ 10am in the School Hall.
The performance will last approximately 20-30 minutes.
Children are to wear their school uniforms as normal.
All Year 1 parents and carers are welcome.
Year 2
Year 2 Church Nativity performance will be held at 2pm on 12th December at St. Mary's Church and then again at 6.30pm. Tickets will not be required.
Children will be walked down to church by school staff in costumes. Following the afternoon performance, they will bring costumes home and could we ask that children return to church dressed in costumes for 6.15pm ready for the evening performance at 6.30pm. Children will go home in costumes, but please could they be returned to school asap.
Costumes
Children should have brought a slip home with them if they need any additional clothing. Most costumes will be provided.
Narrators and band member may wear own clothes - eg smart / party clothes

Year 3
Year 3 will be performing their stone age rap for parents in the classroom on Monday 12th December.
They will also be reciting a Christmas poem and singing We wish you a Merry Christmas.
Arrival time 2:30 which will give parents time to look around the classroom, the performance will start at 3pm.
Year 3 Parents / Carers are very welcome.
Year 4
A detailed information sheet was sent 3 weeks ago in children’s homework books regarding the Year 4 Egyptian day tomorrow.
Year 4 Parent and Carers are welcome from 2.30pm.
Year 5
Year 5 will be putting on a performance in the school hall at 14:45 on Tuesday 13th December.
Children are required to wear School uniform as normal.
Year 5 Parents and Carers are warmly invited to attend.
Year 6
The Year 6 Christingle performance will be on Thursday 15th December at 2.15pm in the school hall. All Year 6 parents and Carers are welcome. It will be a collection of readings, music and singing. Please could Year 6 children each bring an orange to school on Tuesday to make their Christingles.

Christmas Lunch - Wednesday 14th December – please order online via School Grid as normal.
Christmas Parties – afternoon Wednesday 14th December.
14th December – non uniform day – party clothes (Year 5 can bring their party clothes to change into when they get back from Rugby).
