Parents’ Evenings
Parents’ evenings will take place on the following evenings:
Mon 4th Apr 15:30-19:00 – Years 3 & 5
Tue 5th Apr 15:30-19:00 - Reception Years 1, 2,4,5,6
Tue 5th Apr 15:30-17:30 - Year 3
Wed 6th Apr 15:30-19:00 - Reception Years 1, 2,4,6
As per the Autumn term Parents Evening we will be are holding these via School Cloud and the booking system will be live from 8am on 21st March.
Attached is a leaflet for parents explaining how it works. The system is set up so that the First Contact on the school’s system is able to sign in using the email we currently have on our school records and choose an available slot. Where parents are separated, both parents have been set up so separate appointments can be made. The system ensures that sibling appointments do not clash – avoiding the issues we have had previously when appointments have overrun or not run to time.
Each appointment lasts for 9 minutes and the call will end automatically at this point. Please be online prior to your scheduled appointment time so no time is wasted. If more time is needed to discuss your child’s well-being or progress, an additional meeting can be arranged.
In November there were a considerable number of missed appointments. Please note if you miss your appointment it may not be possible to rearrange it.
