What a fantastic afternoon we had when some of the Fire Fighters from Skipton Fire Station came to visit us in our school!
We really enjoyed listening to the Fire Fighters as they told us about their jobs and we enjoyed looking at some of the equipment they use in their work. Some of us were lucky to try to pick up some of the metal cutters (they were really, really heavy) or to pretend to spray water from one of the hoses.
We said a HUGE thank you to the Fire Fighters for coming to visit us at our school.
