We had a super time at Embsay library this week. Mrs Creek welcomed us all and read a lovely story about Percy the Parkkeeper. We looked at the illustrations and were especially observant. After that, Mrs Creek showed us some non-fiction books and they we got to browse all the lovely books in the library and choose one to take home. We date stamped the book so that we know when it is due back at the library. All the library staff were very impressed with our Year 1 class. Their knowledge and their exemplary behaviour! Well done Year 1.
