What can I say?
I am absolutely blown away by the incredible talents and attitudes of the whole of year 6. Last night was simply amazing.
We have spent the last few weeks really working so hard to get this right and I honestly can't think of how you could have done anything differently. It was an emotional evening finally seeing you bring it all together on stage in front of your loved ones and the Off-Grid Shakespeare team. We received so many wonderful comments Ally and Rowena from SSF, and from Hannah at South Craven. The words 'emotion', 'powerful', 'intense', 'amazing', 'nailed it', 'incredible'... Need I go on?
The most important thing for me, is how you all went out there, as a company, and worked as one to produce a breath-taking and impactful performance which could be heard right throughout the auditorium. Backstage, you were encouraging and supportive of one and other; you knew exactly where you needed to be and what you needed on stage. You looked out for each other and it really shone through in the way you carried it forward to the stage. Thank you. You are amazing and every single one of you ought to be so, so proud.
Well done year 6 - true thespians of the world of Shakespeare.
